Bring disruption to the recruitment industry with a bold and confident brand.
The Process
Working closely with Zarah, co-founder of Panda, we ran an initial workshop to get in the depths of the teams mind, to really discover what would help them be confident in recruiting the best talent. Research was a key stage, ensuring we didn’t duplicate a colour or style associated with a competitor. It was important that the branding took into consideration the current tone of voice and styling which was remaining, the team often used emojis and a laid back, real-talk style in their marketing. It was essential that the brand identity works with that.
Although the name lends itself well to an icon based logo, we wanted to go down a different route with custom typography, mixing a professional feel with humour, boldness and a touch of maverick energy.
The custom word mark works using the symmetry of the letters, creating a beautifully crafted, yet simple approach for a balanced and refined identity, adding in playful accents when animated.

The Results
A fun, bold and confident brand rolled out across print and digital. After producing a successful brand, the Panda team return to commission Art is my Career to relaunch their website with new content and identity. We built a bespoke site using SquareSpace, providing the team with training to be able to manage and update the site themselves while always being on hand to offer support and guardianship of the brand.
