The Folly is a place where everyone reconvenes, learns, makes sense of things, strategies are created, and action plans are mapped out. Folly is the creative genius of Emily O’Brien, and for the next chapter in her career, she needed a playful and inspiring brand.
The Process
The custom typography creating the brand identity primary mark plays into the brand name, creating a playful and whimsical, yet strong and bold identity for Emily to build her business on.
Having three daughters with middle names from three strong female heroines from novels, it was important to Emily that her brand paid homage to that femininity.
The Results
"Laura took my brief of wanting to establish myself as a more professional business, and ran with it - asking questions around my brand and what I am wanting to achieve with it, and creating a concept that both makes my business stand out, but also feels very relevant and appropriate for me.
